What we collect
When you use a form on this site we receive what you type in: your name, email, business name, profile link and message, plus the page you sent it from and the site that sent you here. We also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address to stop spam. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
Health information
Please don’t send patient or health information through this site. If something that looks like it arrives, we remove it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you and to follow up about your project. Reviews you send are only published with your permission.
Where it's kept
Messages are stored on servers we run ourselves in the United States and sent to our team by email. We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only if the law requires it.
Client accounts
When we manage social accounts for a client, those accounts and their data belong to the client. We access them only as a partner the client can remove at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to work with you and for our business records. Ask and we'll delete what we hold about you.
